AI at Klickmeister: Our Community of Practice
Artificial intelligence (AI) is changing how we work – in coding, in design, in processes, in administration, in communication. To turn that into real progress rather than activity for its own sake, we bring the topic together in our own Community of Practice (CoP): we meet once a week, share experiences and work out together how AI becomes a structured part of our work.
From exploring to applying
Artificial intelligence offers Klickmeister the chance to create real value: productivity gains in day-to-day work, new possibilities in projects – with agentic systems in SEO and GEO, for example – and faster knowledge transfer within the team. To make this dependable rather than the by-product of a few enthusiasts, we approach it in a structured way.
That also means facing the uncomfortable questions: how can productivity gains actually be realized? Can costs be passed on along the value chain, and if so, how? What internal rules and usage guidelines are needed to keep the use of AI responsible and transparent?

What we do in practice
- A weekly format (around 45 minutes)
- Check-in: everyone shares something interesting from their “AI week” as a starting point for discussion and exchange
- Systematic exploration of forward-looking topics, for example MCP servers for Chrome in testing
- Pilot phases: we test providers and tools in a small group first, before rolling them out to the whole team
- Building internal structures, usage rules and guidelines for working with AI
- Concrete project work, for example with agentic systems in SEO and GEO
- Automated transcription and summaries of the meeting, so knowledge reaches the whole team

Thanks to his affinity for technology, he started tinkering with his own systems at an early age. After completing his vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration, he is now studying media informatics at the TH Köln and is developing web applications at Klickmeister. To balance out his work at his desk, he enjoys weight training.

He himself is not quite sure how he ended up in computer science between airports in Naples, Bogotá, or Malaga – but it doesn’t really matter because the landing went well.
